Pros

Good people. Decent salary.... very good benefits. Some good strategic decisions being made.

Cons

Recently removed President of main division and replaced with CFO. Decisions have changed from being made with little-to-no financial responsibility to far too much emphasis on cost containment.

Pros

MJHS is a great place to work. The employees are friendly and it feels like an extended family. I have been working here almost 10 years and have never had the urge to leave.

Cons

If you know your a good worker and deserve a raise ASK FOR IT! Most supervisors won't just give you one without asking.
