Great company and growing

Pros

MKS is an extremely well-run company that really cares about getting better every year. Everything’s not perfect, but things that have issues get attention and eventually get worked out. They take good care of employees, customers, and suppliers. I’ve been at a number of companies in my career and MKS is by far the best in almost every aspect.

Cons

The company still has some old-school processes, but fewer each year.
