      I have been at MLT Systems for almost 3 months now and there is no doubt in my mind that this is hands down the best Company I ever worked for. Everyone is treated like family from Day one. Great Owner Great Leadership and Great Co-Workers !!!

      Pros

      MLT is very employee-oriented and tries to include employees in decisions affecting them. Management lets employees do their job and do not micromanage. The culture is very friendly and even though there are a lot of remote locations, the company does a good job of staying in contact through email and their SharePoint site. The company is also growing which is a real positive in the government contracting business.

      Cons

      Since the company is still relatively small--less than 100, it is hard to offer all of the benefits a large company offers, but with that is mind, MLT does offer a lot of things and has a generous PTO policy.
