      Great benefits, including medical, 401k, education. Friendly and accommodating staff.

      Cons

      No room for promotion as it being a fairly small institution.

      Employee benefits are okay at best.

      Cons

      Training for position is not very informative. They have black out days where you can't take off. Heaven forbid if you have an emergency, prior doctor's appointment or something major where you have to take off...it won't be honored and you will be made to look like you faked it all.
