Gaslighting- first they will tell you there is sooo much potential for growth Hierarchy- then they will tell you there is a hierarchy and you will always be on the bottom despite having the highest education Low pay- will not pay you a living full time salary but will use your skills for there benefit with no promotion or payment Toxic men- men in charge who view others worth less than them, hold meetings with company to benefit themselves and will throw anyone under the bus. Tried to tell boss of uncomfortable situation with coworker and was told by him that I had to deal with it. That it's my problem. On exit interview HR told me I had a "choice" to listen to the uncomfortable comments or ignore them and that I was the unprofessional one for reporting him. Disgusting company values.
