Pros

Awesome team work Management team is excellent at training their employees and work well with others while dealing with other ongoing issues behind the scenes. Great work hours. Room for advancement Everyone is well versed in their career field. Fleet Mechanic is doing a great job with the amount of workload and vehicles he has to take care of. Operations team members are very dedicated to the Job and try to work around everyone's schedule while providing transportation services to local hospitals.

Cons

Vehicles are always nasty, both inside and out. employees gossip to much and complain. People think they are better than the management team and try telling others how to do their job
