Pros

This job offers a flexible schedule for shift stations.

Cons

Overworks employees, does not give raises, benefits aren’t good, would rather hire someone new than keep an experienced employee

Pros

It's a job if you like being a number and not a human being.

Cons

Management lies about a lot of things. The company only cares about money. They treat there employees as a number and the insurance they offer is a joke. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone I know.

Pros

Wage is decent. Flexible hours around your schedule.

Cons

Very high stress. Corporate expects perfection and doesn't tolerate occasional mistakes. Benefits are horrible. Incredibly expensive and a very high deductible. High Turnover. Can't keep people around due to poor management. They promise raises and schedules, but never follow through. Everyone in Corporate sees crew members and dispatchers as numbers, not people. The company cares more about making money than patient care. If you are a paramedic or an EMT, expect to constantly be held over on your shift and be burnt out quickly. Station managers are inept.
