Pros

Helping people everyday. Endless Overtime pay, 1.5 regular pay. No Supervisors looking over your every move. 401k Matching, they offer different types of plans as well.

Cons

Not getting off on time, at most 2 hours past end time. Rarely happens but does. Very little time for breaks, somedays you won't get a lunch break, so pack on the go foods.
