Not many to speak of pay is ok but no raises

Cons

No communication crews with the front line work bad out of date equipment, they make it difficult if not impossible to get basic supplies like toilet paper and needed medications. Old trucks consistently in the shop for repairs. They pushes crews to be overwoked , they advertise as being transparent with staff but are absolutely not. They advertise CE hours but are only provided sub par containing training hours if any. Any and all discipline must be done by corporate staff that have little if any knowledge of the staff. Very poor ran company on the Corporate level.station level Management does the best they can in impossible conditions. Worst insurance benefits ever seen.

Pay is good, easy way to get your foot into EMS

Cons

Management is a joke, no recognition for loyalty, no advancement, no scheduled raises, health benefits are expensive and worthless. You will not use your skills at all.
