Great staff Decent equipment. Extra shifts are available if you want them. Knowledgeable medics. Decent pay and career advancement opportunities.

Cons

HIGH rate of staff turnover, especially in leadership positions. Dispatch has issues communicating with field operations which can lead to problems with scheduling/responding to priority calls. Private EMS is at the heart a for-profit industry, and this company makes sure it profits.
