Incompetent promotion standards, poor pay, no systems in place, no written sog, policies, procedures,ect. No staff training or education.

Pros

You get to be a paramedic and it's guaranteed hours. Great people to work with. Love my night crew.

Cons

Management often has no management experience before MWMTC. Depending on what city you work in, you are just a taxi service. Company often takes on too many extra contracts for the amount of staff the company has.
