Pros

MNGI has pretty good benefits and are very considerate of the need for work/life balance.

Cons

The pay is terrible. If you're coming from an MNA hospital ut won't be anywhere close to what you've had. You have to want it for the better schedule alone.

Good benefits and PDO. Nice coworkers and opportunities to advance.

Cons

Poor communication and some process improvements needed. If you make a mistake, multiple people will know about it via email which can be embarrassing and negative.

Pros

Great teamwork and efficiency. Coworkers and physicians are like family. I really enjoy the work I am doing and have zero dread going to work everyday like I did when working in the hospital.

Cons

MNGI management is clueless with how busy our endoscopy centers already are and are continually trying to force more patients into the already packed schedules. They weren't money hungry when I started but it sure feels like it now.
