Pros

Some of the people are great, for someone with very little education outside a hs diploma, you can advance within with internal training. The pdo is great there. They pay the 2nd half of a $5000 deductable.

Cons

Always seems to be some kind of hoopla/scandal going on with management. Completely money driven, rather than being patient and employee driven.

Really focused on hgih quaity Walk the talk with Work/Life balance Benefits are good, especially after you ahve been employed for a few years.

Cons

Pay is not as high as bigger companies - but no nights or weekends!
