Pros

Upbeat culture, cooperative working style. Easy to get vacation time approved. No holidays or weekends required. Floating is infrequent and pretty seamless because the process is the same at all sites. You get 45-60 minute lunches almost every day. Never ever don't get at least 30 mins to eat. Low stress!

Cons

A little repetitive and boring. Fair amount of time spent on low-skill tasks like stocking. Pay isn't amazing. Not a very diverse workforce.

average benefits but you will sit up and beg for them so....

Cons

divisive management actions and narcissistic behavior atone for the decline in satisfaction of patients and employees. They will not fire some supervisors who may eventually get them sued in court.
