Pros

Established tech reseller, smaller company where everyone knows you, hybrid work environment.

Cons

Family owned and feels that way. Not much room to grow so people either leave for better opportunities or it was long overdue.

Pros

-I worked for KC in Chicago; awesome boss and awesome coworkers. -Great resources/engineers. -Ownership will treat you like family. A lot of companies say this... they actually do it, and it's authentic. -You're able to sell technology other VARs cant. -You have to work, but the pay is incredible once you're rolling. -This is a great place to bring your book. They'll take care of your clients.

Cons

-Not enough cheetos in the vending machines. -Don't hire your uber drivers. You know who I'm talking about.
