Pros

Great place to work for, people are very friendly and are always there to help out if needed, no red tape in getting the client needs taken care of. I would challenge anyone in sales or any other department to find a better place to work for.

Cons

office temperature needs to be at 66

Pros

Too many to list! It's sad that people get so upset after they leave that they feel the need to post negative comments. Just because you are miserable that you are no longer part of an amazing company doesn't mean you need to post complete LIES about MNJ. MNJ truly cares about their employees. They listen to suggestions and make changes as needed to keep up with the ever changing industry. You are not a number at MNJ, you are an employee with a voice and part of a family.

*Family Friendly Company *Multiple Locations - Remote Access Available for Employees *Wednesdays are Lunch n' Learns - free lunches for entire company - whether provided by vendors or by Company Owners *Fun work activities throughout year *Ongoing Education Provided *Sales Incentives are Good *Paid Vacation Offerings are more than what other companies offer (4 weeks) *Medical/Dental Benefits

Cons

*Some Reps take advantage of the easy going work-style company offers *Management can be a little chaotic - not sure who to report to at times *Does not match 401K (but does offer)
