My co-workers are a nice bunch.

I don't recommend working for MOB Entertainment. This company has a weak and horrible leadership, but it's the employees who bear the brunt of the pressure and stress caused by the leadership's awful decisions. Our own supervisors don't take responsibility for their mistakes. Their incompetence is just unbelievable!

Pros

Very Story Driven studio. Seems like the passion that started the company continues to push it forward. Really big retail foot print along side the game building. Investing in core studio. Trying to branch into more things.

Cons

There is a lack of commitment to process. Overall the studio leadership seems to not have a clear vision of what is next for the studio. It is a hard place to learn new things. There is a very strong culture of 'baptism by fire'. Which can work for some and not others.
