If you have a good relationship with your team, this job can be pretty fun. You also earn tips and get a free pizza during your shift

Cons

Management does not value it's employees or inclusion. Despite being a company that proclaims to fight for and support inclusivity, they regularly let harassment continue and punish those who pursue solutions through HR. HR also continually brushes of or ignores ongoing issues
