      Team and culture of the company can and was very supportive in how you would like to grow towards.

      Cons

      The growth of the company can take away from the culture. I would expect to have better communication between the teams and really try and hit goals instead of growth goals.

      - Flexible scheduling - Upper Management easy to contact - Lively atmosphere - relatively easy to advance - benefits offered to part time employees - very good food - shift leaders and managers are very accommodating and empathetic when it comes to personal troubles.

      Cons

      - overhiring causes shifts to be short - will often make you leave early on top of short shifts to keep up with labor percentages - clear game of favorites when it comes to scheduling. in general, it doesn't matter how good you are at your job because if the managers like you, then you will have the most hours
