Great people Hard work +GOOD ADDITUDE is rewarded with promotions and better hours Free pizza every shift Super fun atmosphere Depending on your location, you will interact with high-ups in the company. If you make the effort, that's a networking opportunity because MOD loves to promote from within. MOD can be a fantastic summer job for youngsters or a good start to a career, MOD IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT.

Cons

Quality of environment is dependent on location. Some managers can be difficult to work under. But, if you do your job right and have a good mentality it will be fun regardless.

Great pay as well as an environment of fun while making great food.

Cons

Because the pay is really competitive, there are not a lot of hours closer to the 40 hour work week. But, the pay compensates for the lack of hours.
