Pros
This is an update of my previous review, wherein I indicated my GM was wonderful and I was having problems with a few other employees, etc. Anyway, to make a long story short(er), my GM spoke to all parties involved, including myself, and made us fully aware of areas in which we needed to improve, personally and professionally. Granted, I'm not where I want to be yet as it was only a short time ago, but I am getting there and my working relationship with the parties involved has improved as well. It really is true - MOD has your back!
Cons
I don't think I can fill the 20 word minimum, but here goes: not really any cons anymore. I guess the only one would have are the aches and pains I go home with each shift, along with the occasional burn and flour all over my shirt LOL
