      MOD Pizza is a brand that truly lives up to its values. Be yourself, enjoy your journey...do the right thing. The opportunities are endless and the people are real! They encourage growth and support you through the process. Ohhh...and the pizza is awesome.

      Pros

      It is hard to put into words but MOD is definitely the best place I've ever worked. The culture and work environment are exceptional. They treat you with respect, give you wings and help you grow. At MOD it is all about having Attitude with Gratitude. I am inspired and grateful every day to come to work and help build and market this company that truly does put people first.

      Cons

      I don't have much to say here. If you don't possess a certain level of "grit" don't bother applying!

      Pros

      Visible, accessible, and engaged leadership...even the very top executives. Personal expression and autonomy is encouraged and expected. Ideas are heard and given credence. The people are happy here, myself included...ten-fold! The rapid growth of the company makes it very exciting to be along for the ride.

      Cons

      I fear the weight I'll gain because of the great tasting food combined with my discount.
