Pros

The people first and foremost. They're cool and make the hard work fun. The company is growing fast and I notice that people are getting promoted and trained to move up, sometimes after only being there for a short time. The food is really good and the customers are nice.

Cons

I heard someone was called stupid on their first day because he didn't do something right. Not cool. Sometimes I do feel like it's just a pizza job.
