Good company who lost it's way in covid

Pros

CEO genuinely cares about the company and people Nice office

Cons

Forgot it's values during covid pandemic which was sad. Business has struggled since covid and had to let a lot of people go. People felt alienate during furlough Old legacy systems hold this company back

Cons

- Almost everyone here is someone fired from M&S - The culture is totally fake. There is no openness in feedback and back biting is encouraged. - The free ice-creams and lunches are there to cover up management's lack of understanding - No reason to fire many employees - Work from home is listed as a benefit, but not allowed
