Mountain, Ltd. (System One Holdings) is very interactive with employees as they are contracted out to nation-wide telecommunications companies, making sure they are supported to the best of their representative's abilities.

Cons

Company unable to keep compensation up with inflation and demands as job market and avg role compensation fluctuate despite rising trends of costs of consumables, supplies, and living costs.

You get to work from home

Cons

You work from home because Mountain doesn't supply you with the necessities to do your job. They also negotiate your rate with the client your contracted to, and somehow end up with a lower rate than you started with. Mountain also gets half of the negotiated rate, so I didn't have a livable income
