Cons

Trying to balance consistency across an organization with such a diverse team of client partners is inherently difficult, but not impossible.

Pros

Trainee for several months, not difficult once you get the hang of it. Employer is very accommodating and listens to feedback. Good benefits as well. Good work/life balance and can work from home which is great. No shortage of work as well

Cons

Pay during trainee period is low, and can go on for several months. Not entirely sure of potential advancement after this either
