The best part of MassPay is the collaborative environment. We work together to service our clients, resolve issues, and grow and develop as a company. The management team makes me feel valued and appreciated. They care about us and our success, both personally and professionally.

MassPay truly is one of the best places I have ever worked! They truly care about the culture of the company and their employees. It really makes coming into work every day so much better. Great management team that really values employee opinions, as well as allow employees to develop and grow in their careers.

I have been working at MassPay for nearly a decade. I loved it here when I first started as a part time employee and I still love it now as a full time manager. The bosses are fantastic. They truly care about the employees and their families. They are always looking for new ways to reward us for our hard work. As an example - today we got an iced coffee machine for the office! My work is challenging but not overwhelming. When I need help, I get it. When I make a mistake or have a problem, I'm not afraid to tell my boss. The office is a great place to be. My teammates are awesome and I really enjoy seeing them every day. I highly recommend MassPay as an employer!

I truly cannot think of any cons of working at MassPay.
