I'm fortunate to work with the smartest and most collaborative people that I've worked with in my career. Client first mentality across the Org is critical.

Cons

We work hard every day so MPG is not for everyone.

Pros

* People - my 8-year-old daughter asked me who was my favorite and least favorite person at work and both were hard to answer: so many smart, great people i adore and I genuinely have not disliked anyone within the organization. * Broad array of client services and exposure to many categories/clients/and retailers has greatly improved my network and experiences.

Cons

* Strong growth leads to growing pains. * Agency life is rewarding but non-stop - generally more workload when compared to working directly for a manufacturer.
