Pros

2 amazing managers that I reported to. Pay was sufficient but promised bonuses go by the wayside.

Cons

Micro-managed for a job I have been doing for 37 years. Pulling the plug on Remote jobs, want people to work in the office.

Fantastic CEO. Really seems to care about people and walks the talk. Deep industry reach

Cons

Aside from the CEO and a few others, the "leadership team" seems to have no leadership experience. Small raises and bonus. Lots of people leaving that never get replaced Pathetic medical insurance
