MPS gave me the opportuntiy to be part of R&D group and was very open to new and emerging technology which gave my career a kick start

Management is biased. Small company so easy to showcase your credibitly, but the management may ignore it completely if you are not listening to them.

Employers who work on flex time are hard to come by. There are good benefits and the work is very interesting.

Cons

The pay is not the best because the publishers set the prices that they will pay. Lots of work is starting to go overseas.

The managers are too dominating. You cannot expect a human being to remain stuck onto their seats for the complete 9 hours.
