No innovation no strategy just syncophancy and politics. You may make sense and work extremely hard but that would not bear any fruit as the management is simply clueless and favours incompetent syncophants.Have to work with people who are unskilled and non-qualified and were only hired because of contacts and relations. Engineering Head being the perfect example. The so called laughable AI influencer. Company surviving solely because of past reputation which came with the Macmillan tag. Office resembles a call centre and half of the chairs are broken. CEO only focuses on share price and dividends (family is the major shareholder). HR is useless and their only job is to write positive reviews or ask junior employees to do so.

Too much politics. Frequent overtimes but they won't even give any hike or bonus. CEO is the CEO because he is the son of the owner. Do not have any experience and is always doing cost cutting because revenue does not increase even after multiple acquisitions. Other leaders change every year. I have seen at least 4-5 COO, SVP, HR heads in the last few years. SVP is busy making cringe reels on AI when he does not even have basic technical knowledge. He also behaves badly with all the team members and forces overtime and shows favouritism. He was hired by the COO who was his friend but he himeslef was fired few days back. HR team as well as their new head is of no use. They are only there for celebrating birthdays, decorating office and being management messengers.
