      Pros

      Great meeting and team atmosphere. A lot of young and energetic people. They hire on the spot and train you right away and you get paid for training and you get a weekly base pay plus commission. Also they provide you with a tablet so that you can work in the field without having to put up any initial money.

      Cons

      Sometimes you're out there all day trying to make a sell. sometime you won't hit your quota and this reflects badly on your job. a lot of people are not aware of energy options and why they should switch. Sometimes it's very stressful.

      Pros

      As stated in the headline, the culture is great. The company focuses more of teaching and nurturing their agents to become leaders, and and business professionals. Lots and lots of mentorship, INSANE energy and LOTS of room for growth. I managed to get promoted with a salary increase within a few months of entering the company. Like any other sales career, you get what you put out.

      Cons

      Somethings with management can be changed, management needs to listen more to agents being that they are on the forefront of the company engaging with hundreds of customers within a week

      Growth is the main focus Plenty of sales incentives Amazing product / services Dynamic Teams Fun / Encouraging work atmosphere All members of operations team have 10+ years sales experience Amazing follow-through from Back Office Annual Award Conferences WOULD STILL WORK HERE IF I NEVER MOVED!

      Cons

      Requires a lot of mental strength to do the job daily No benefits Every leader has a different leadership style (could be a pro depending on who you get) Sometimes rushes new service/launches
