Pros

Salary if you work 60+ hours a week

Cons

Morality of the company. You give the company everything and they will do anything if they want you out. Lie to their employees No communication from back end to sales representatives Force representative to write these reviews on Glassdoor, Google, Etc and offer bonuses for them to get people to work for the company Unpractical training methods for representatives, teach you lies and make you believe your saving people money than make you say in front of everyone “we don’t guarantee savings” CEO and his bandwagon look at sales representatives like dogs.

Pros

Decent money for training, but only lasts for 3 days. Liberty to do what you want for the entire day, as long as you make the quota. If you're comfortable bothering people in the comfort of their homes, 8 hours each weekday, no matter which type of ghetto you're in, then hey! Give them a try. The career opportunities are technically there. But, it's not for most people. In fact, personally, I don't know anyone who this is for.

Cons

They sent us to North Philadelphia and we were there until dark. I'm a guy and was harassed in these neighborhoods but it was even worse for the women I was working with, as one could imagine. Out of over 100 doors, with the woman I was with, she was only able to sign up a couple of older men. I am certain these men had no clue what they were signing up for and just wanted to share a moment with a younger woman. They wanted me to show up at 10am. I was home at 9pm.
