      Pros

      MPower Direct has a clear business development structure which is very easy to adopt. In my 2 years of employment I have seen numerous promotions, as well as have been put in position to discuss possible strategies with some of the top executives in corporate. The pay structure is extremely generous, and the CEO is very involved in his business (which is a plus in my book).

      Cons

      This company is not designed to nurture the faint of heart (which is also a plus in my book). There is not enough promotion of this company and its success, which often causes skepticism when some people hear about the company and its many benefits for the first time.

      I Have been at mpower for a year and a few months now. The job is truly a blessing. Room for advancement from the start!

      ☆ advancement to management at entry level position ☆ fun / professional enviroment ☆ no experience necessary . Training available from the whole office . ☆ salary & commission. ☆w-4 ☆ Room to grow as an individual and improve communication/Managment skills.

      ☆ time consuming ☆ full time position ( if you are looking for part time - job is not for you)
