      They had me working in an area without a permit and the cops came by twice closer to a Piramid scheme than an actual buisness

      Growth is the main focus Plenty of sales incentives Amazing product / services Dynamic Teams Fun / Encouraging work atmosphere All members of operations team have 10+ years sales experience Amazing follow-through from Back Office Annual Award Conferences WOULD STILL WORK HERE IF I NEVER MOVED!

      Requires a lot of mental strength to do the job daily No benefits Every leader has a different leadership style (could be a pro depending on who you get) Sometimes rushes new service/launches

      pros: ipad free coffee i could have a date with managers no one knew

      Cons

      downsides we can spend all day here, low pay unsafe work in field uneducated managers who guess their way thur business company take money back from u every week training to lie to cusomers want us to dress us but no benefits management say anything u want to hear force u to work on holidays
