I've worked for Mpower Direct for almost 3 years. During that time I have not only secured my financial future, but have developed personally and professional beyond what I have could have ever imagined. For everything that the company, industry and back office staff have done for me, I've decided to write a quick review. I have learned a tremendous amount about people, business, leadership, sales and marketing, money, and mostly myself. Below is a list of honest reflective pro's that i've experienced during my time.... 1) Excellent consistent pay. Base salary plus commissions and overrides (As a leader, 1000k/week is very normal) 2) Fantastic leadership. People really do care, and it shows from the top --->down. 3) Transparency - Nothing to hide, nothing to cover up. Mpower keeps it real. 4) Solid promotional structure. I've personally watched 6 entry level employees get promoted into management. 5) Great support and environment. I really love the people i work with and i've been inspired to treat everyone like family, as most of us do for each other. And its fun!! 6) Self development - Mentality, knowledge, skills...
Cons
1) Can be hard work. I've seen plenty of lazy people fail. 2) Can be lots of rejection. You have to have tough skin.
