Pros
Mpower has so many pros. This company truly cares about their employees and customers, and goes out of their way on a daily basis to provide a fantastic working environment and fair privileges for everyone. Bonuses aren't only talked about, but they are followed through with as well. Everyone knows everyone, and our roles are actually appreciated and recognized. You don't see that with too many large companies. It is definitely a privilege to work here with so many great benefits.
Cons
Because of how busy and successful this company is, sometimes morning become a little hectic, but even that isn't much of a con because mornings are always productive and energizing!
