      Positive work environment, character building, base pay, learning environment, growth opportunities, networking opportunities

      Cons

      Meeting quota every week is almost impossible, basically working a 12-13 hour day (5days a week) which doesn’t really reflect your paycheck because its base+commission

      Pros

      Office and coworkers are small so you get the chance to really know where and who you’ll be working with. Management is understanding to an extent.

      Cons

      Favoritism, have you work in the worst of conditions, salary and commission is average and even sometimes below, some coworkers were untrustworthy, pretty on the outside, ugly on the inside kinda deal. Don’t tell you it’s direct marketing until you get through the interview. Cheap and won’t reimburse you for anything except gas. Teaches redundant and basic knowledge

      Helpful coworkers and superiors, friendly atmosphere, dedication to training, commission on top of base pay, easy to earn a promotion.

      Cons

      I've had a great experience in the time I've been with Mpower Direct. Covid-19 impacted the regular work schedule.
