Pros

Msci as a whole is a good company great people, great culture, great opportunities, great benefits

Cons

Specific to Stellenbosch office, salaries are low, high people turnover due to not hiring internally when opportunities arise making it difficult to grow. Appointing Managers who have no business managing people or are not equipped to lead people but are rather technically inclined. Salaries very low(again), no people of colour in management.
