Pros

- Salary - Work Life Balance - Friendly managers (most of them) The average tenure of employees is longer than most fintech companies. This is because the company has ensured a good culture and competitive pay. Everyone I knew was happy with their salaries. Also, the company encourages a helpful and healthy team culture. I enjoyed my time over there.

Cons

- Past many years company has not been very competitive. So not a lot of technical projects - The internal mobility options are not easy to avail. Every hiring manager prefers a ready candidate from outside rather than someone who can learn and grow into the role.
