Pros

-great starting salary package! (if you prefer this, go apply!) -OTs are paid (nigh diff is a lot higher compared to market) -other benefits compared to market are basic or even below (stock option, meal, transpo, medical) -wfh set-up, employee's choice to go to office -your leaves are not questioned (if your mgr is a foreigner, not sure for filipino mgr)

Cons

-overworked (you always do the leg work!) -salary increase (hmm, meh! do not expect too much, you'll get frustrated)
