      1. Good CTC for starters/fresher to booth their career goals. 2. Immense learning opportunity as individual and team player under very fast moving work environment. 3. rich MNC culture with incredible people among all departments, exposure to different roles and benefit of handling task on day to day basis.

      1. Learning curve dips post 2-3 yrs as very less opportunity to excel is provided 2. high stress and fast environment leads to additional work pressure due to short timeline for client deliveries
