Pros

Excellent place to start your career; state-of-the-art technology, better than average in terms of professional approach. Self-starters would love this place who know what they want to get from a position.

Cons

Too much movement went on in the previous periods, you probably have to go after projects. Communication is not satisfying paired with some past errors committed by senior management.

Pros

MSCI is a challenging place to work at and is growing. It is poised to become a world leader in risk management products.

Cons

The company is getting larger and larger and it is easy to get lost in the shuffle. As it grows there is more red tape.
