Cons

Internal systems can be slow, MSD also collaborates a lot with 3rd party agencies which can sometimes create friction and inefficiencies

Best Colleagues! I miss them. Most folks are really great. There are of course some folks that are climbers and back biters, but the good ones make up for it.

Cons

Salary is definitely below industry and you better negotiate your salary before you start because you'll never get more than 3% and promotions can be difficult.
