Great compensation, very employee friendly, higher management takes feedback well and is considerate towards your overall experience, great people to work with, good projects, amazing infrastructure and work life balance, office space is awesome, great internal and external collaboration, good opportunities for growth and learning.

Cons

Constant org changes can be overwhelming and confusing at times, changes are needed but the management must understand that Everything needs time as well.
