Good benefits, great culture and values and the company really invests its resources in this as well as a stable working environment. As a large enterprise many processes have been overengineered, however compliance asks are at the core of it.

Cons

Change is slow, career progression can be a hit or a miss, depending on how well you orient yourself in finding a sponsor for that.
