Great modern office, fun people, open-minded and if you want to change positions or move abroad within the company then there is local support for that! Good salaries and bonuses.

Cons

As in all larger corporations, sometimes it is difficult to implement a change in processes or start new initiatives - but the situation improved in the past years a lot.
