Cons

1. Unrealistic KPIs and targets. Whats worst, the goal post changes whenever they feel like it. 2. PM & SM with no inspiration or marketing ideas. 3. Upper managements who have dictator mind set. Their ethics only goes as far as how the numbers are performing. 4. Work culture that does not put emphasis on staff mental health - only creating stressful environment.
