Love the culture, the environment and its purpose as a healthcare company. You really feel that what you are doing matters. Overall a good place to be in. Compensation, benefits and perks are very competitive.

Cons

Tons of technical knowledge and research needed to perform well, but that might be true for all pharmaceutical companies.
