Pros

I had a great experience in MSD, there is a range of tasks that you will be able to be trained on request that will add to your expertise. Good benefits and in general a good balance of work and life.

Cons

Quite many differences between departments, some are really strict on availability on part-time and job sharing while others are really open to it. This creates tensions at times. Interal roles are mostly created for someone specific, so applying to them is a bit useless.

- good salary - great benefits - flexible work hours + home office possibility - helpful HR - nice people - usually sincere relationships with management

Cons

- hard to get in for fresh graduates, although there are cool programs and amazing girls in HR who work with students (great thanks and a lot of love to Nikola and Misa) - no full remote options
